- Flexibility exercise- That stretches the muscles.
- Resistance exercise- Strengthen the muscles
How to get started?
- Start out mild and exercise a few times a week ( will cut heart disease risk in half)
- Walk at a reasonable pace a few times a week can make a big difference in the health of your blood vessels.
- Start 20-30 walks three days a week, then build up to 30 minutes or walk every day.
- Increasing physical activities daily with short bursts of intensity will help your cardiovascular system
- Also will help your blood vessels to a new level and helps the arteries stay younger.
- Increasing daily exercise will help burn more calories.
